We Accept the Following Forms of Payment:
- Medi-Cal
- Visa, MasterCard
- Cash, checks, money orders
You will be given a good faith estimate of the expected cost for treatment prior to each appointment so there are no surprises. However, we cannot provide exact price quotes over the phone or email since it will depend on many factors including a person’s oral health situation, which needs to be diagnosed in person. Please note that dentistry is not an exact science and sometimes treatment needs change and this can affect the cost of treatment.
Uninsured/Cash Patients:
We offer a sliding scale fee schedule determined by your income. This fee scale is determined by the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
If you do not have any insurance and will be paying cash on a sliding scale, you must bring proof of income.
We Accept the Following as Verification:
- Income tax return, previous year
- Current pay stub
- Unemployment check
- Disability determination
- Letter from employer on company letterhead, with signature and phone number
- Food Stamps
- Student: Financial aid letter and copies of checks
Medi-Cal:
We are one of very few dental providers in the county serving Medi-Cal beneficiaries. Pregnant women with Medi-Cal are covered on a limited basis.
Payment Plans:
Dientes is unable to offer payment plans, and payment is due at the time of treatment. Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions to this policy.
However, some financing options are available for those who qualify, such as Care Credit. This plan can be used in dental and medical offices and is similar to credit cards with monthly payments. Our Treatment Plan Coordinator will be happy to help you apply at the time of your exam and diagnosis.
