What insurance do you accept? Expand

We are one of very few dental providers in the county serving Medi-Cal (Denti-Cal) beneficiaries. Please note that most pregnant women may qualify for Medi-Cal.

For information on qualifying for Medi-Cal, see our Public Insurance page.

Do you allow payment plans? Expand

Dientes is unable to offer payment plans, and payment is due at the time of treatment. Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions to this policy.

However, some financing options are available for those who qualify, such as Care Credit. This plan can be used in dental and medical offices, and are similar to credit cards with monthly payments. Our Treatment Plan Coordinator will be happy to help you apply at the time of your exam and diagnosis.

What forms of payment does Dientes accept? Expand
  • Medi-Cal

  • Cash, checks, money orders
How much will it cost? Expand

You will be given a financial estimate of treatment prior to each appointment. However, we cannot provide exact price quotes over the phone or email since it will depend on many factors including a person’s oral health situation, which needs to be diagnosed in person.

What do I need to do before my first appointment? Expand
  1. If you are a Medi-Cal patient, bring your BIC card and photo ID
  2. Plan to spend a little time filling out paperwork if you are a new patient; come 15 minutes early or fill new digital patient forms

During office hours:
For emergencies (extreme pain, infections, etc.) call our front desk as early as possible and tell the receptionist about your situation. Emergency calls will be prioritized based on the severity.
