Payment Options

We have a sliding scale fee schedule determined by your monthly income.  This fee scale is determined by the National Poverty Guideline.

You can pay for your appointment in any of the following ways:

• Medi-Cal (Denti-Cal)
• Healthy Families (Health Net and Delta)
• Healthy Kids
• Visa, MasterCard
• Cash, checks, money orders

You will be given a financial estimate prior to each appointment.  However, we cannot provide cost exact price quotes over the phone or email since it will depend on many factors including a person’s oral health situation, which needs to be diagnosed in person.

If you do not  have any insurance and will be paying cash on a sliding scale, be prepared to show proof of your annual income.   We accept the following as verification:

• Income Tax Return, previous year
• Current Pay Stub
• Unemployment Check
• Disability Determination
• Letter from Employer on Company Letterhead, with signature and phone number
• Student: Financial Aid Letter and copies of checks

We are one of very few dental providers in the county serving Medi-Cal, Healthy Kids and Healthy Families beneficiaries.

Dientes does not offer a payment plan, and payment is due at the time of treatment. Unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions to this policy.

However, some financing options are available for those who qualify, such as Care Credit and Chase Health Advantage.  These plans can be used in dental and medical offices, and are similar to credit cards with monthly payments.  Our Treatment Plan Coordinator will be happy to help you apply at the time of your exam and diagnosis.
